Lisette Bouchard and Gilles Marquis warmly welcome each of their guests like a member of the family. Owners since 1984, they are making passionate commitments to achieve high quality service and accommodations so you will have a unique outdoors experience.

Before becoming involved in this natural wild sanctuary, Lisette was a professional trained classic French cuisine cook. She attributes her skill and passion to her mother, and pursued her training with Cordon Bleu in Paris. She held cooking classes in Virginia and Connecticut. She pursued her college studies specializing in Tourism with emphasis on quality of services and personal attentions.

Gilles inherited his devotion for outdoor life from his father during their many canoe trips in New Brunswick. A graduate Electrical Engineer and a private pilot, he retired from a Pulp and Paper career in order to dedicate himself in promoting outdoor values and the conservation of our environment. He is always on hand to discuss your fishing interests and show you the local hotspots.
